What if I get a better rate?
We work with you and your budget while trying to stay competitive.  If our rate does not
meet your budgeted needs,  please let us know and we will meet or beat a reputable
companies quote.  If our rate is the lowest it's for two reasons.  We do not charge the
outrageous deposit that others do and we guarantee that rate.  You will never be charged
a hidden fee (ie: credit card, cancellation, processing or other wise.) The rate we give you
is the exact total cost to you.

How is my vehicle insured?
ALL Carriers must have and keep a Cargo policy of no less than $150,000.00 limits and
zero deductible. Your vehicle is covered by this policy and you should never be given an
option to ship with or without it.  Insurance is an overhead expense and should never be
passed on to you.  NEVER EVER pay a deductible.  This is a false charge that a company
tries to unethically pass on to a consumer but it is not your policy or responsibility to pay.

How can I get a guarantee it's Insured?
We can send you the certificate of Insurance upon request but the best way to know is to
call the agent on policy to verify policy is in effect while in transit.  If we have to assign your
vehicle to one of our affiliates we call for you and give you confirmation.  If you like, we can
also provide you with the Agent of Policy for you to confirm for your peace of mind.

Does it really stay on the same truck?
Absolutely. We load the vehicle right there on the spot and it does not move until it reaches
the designated delivery.  We schedule our routes to coincide with our off loads.

When will my vehicle be picked up?
We guarantee in writing your vehicle will be picked up with 1-7 days from first date you
make it available for pick up with the Standard rate and Less than 72 hours for Expedited
rate.   If something should occur to delay this, we will give you a  $50.00 credit prior to
delivery or you may cancel at anytime with NO PENALTIES OR FEES.

How can you guarantee this when most will not?
Simple:   We know where our trucks are and where they are headed. We are upfront and
honest and keep you informed all the way. A company who can not guarantee you a
window for pick up, in writing, is not willing to work hard enough for you, does not have their
own trucks, or simply has no intention of helping you move in a timely manner.

What should I do to make my move better?
There are several things you should do to prepare for the move.  Be sure to inspect the
vehicle with the driver at both ends. For a more in depth look at preparing you vehicle we

How long will it take to arrive?
It all depends on destination, weather conditions, traffic and lane closures.
As a general rule allow:
7-10 days for Coast to Coast
1-5 days for moves up and down the coast.
1-7 days for Midwest moves to and from the coastal states.

What if it takes longer?
We have the best no hassle rental policy available. If something should hinder a normal
delivery where your car has not arrived by the 22nd day,  we will reimburse you $20.00 a
day for a rental car.  

We received the Number Two ranking in US for on time in 2005.  Anyone who tells you 97.6
or above is fibbing.

What about a deposit:   
We do not require a deposit.  Why?  We are an honest company and the only time you are
ever charged for anything is when we do our job as promised.  This way you never have to
worry about a refund or over charge.  Once the vehicle is loaded at pick up  way we will
then charge the your pick up fee (100 to 150) as agreed upon charges when order placed.
The total cost of your transport is still the same and the remaining balance is due upon
delivery.

How do I pay at delivery?
Most moves are done COD (Cash on Delivery) or Cashier’s Check however you may
charge to your credit card, send us a personal check, money order, or wire transfer.

Cancellation /Refund Policy:   
You can cancel whenever you like. Period.   However, it would be nice to know prior to
sending the truck out.  We don’t charge you anything monies upfront so a refund should
never be a stress for you to worry about.  If there ever is a reason for a refund it will be
completed within 72 hours in the same form of payment you provided us.  Guaranteed.

I am already stressed enough, how do I know which company to choose?

Never pay anything prior to pickup and get it ALL IN WRITING. Gather all the
information you have and choose the one that you feel will accommodate your needs.  
Consumer’s can usually weed out the “salesman” needing the sale, truth stretchers and the
ones just trying to service your needs while making and honest living.  

What if I am still not sure and have more questions?
We are here to help you make this decision based on your needs.  Please do not hesitate
to contact us for further concerns or questions.  Be sure to visit the " not so reputable "
company page to see if your other considerations are on there.  Read it carefully.

How can I place my order with you?
We have made is simple for all to utilize our services. You may place your order in one of
the following ways:

  • Email      Just ask us for a form and complete it. Email it back to us
  • Fax         Fill out and sign the form  and fax to us
  • Phone    Call our staff toll free and we will take your order directly.
  • Mail        You may fill out the form and mail it to us.

How do we thank you for your help?
Our clients have asked us how they can tell everyone about our services and have asked
